True Impact is not just any fund that offers unique market leading solutions with unparallelled value propositions, True Impact is Thought Leadership in action.
When it comes to creating meaningful impact for Corporate South Africa to transform their Enterprise Development and Supplier Development programmes, True Impact offers real hard-hitting solutions for immediate results.
We believe that fundamental economic change is possible through the right collaborations and efforts.
Ten years ago, when the original version of the Codes of Good Practice was issued to corporate SA, the spirit and purpose of the Codes of Good Practice was to accelerate the transformation of the economy to reflect the demographics of the country.
Today, there remains limited transformation within corporates and government agencies, and their supplier databases. Most corporates allocate less than 10-20% of their procurement spend with majority black owned suppliers.
We know the B-BBEE Codes. We know the market. We know what it will take to effect transformation. We’re not just saying it – we are doing what needs to be done to deliver the change for our economy. Put us to the test and together, let’s deliver True Impact.
Every cent counts.
What sets us apart is that there is no undeployed capital in our fund, as is the case with other ESD funds. We believe the fund managers should earn fees only when they perform and have achieved their mandated goals. This is a powerful incentive for the fund management team, not just to achieve but to exceed the requirements of the fund responsibly.
